Priscilla Baffour is a Creative Industries Talent & Diversity Consultant. For the past five years she managed Channel 4's talent initiative 4talent, where she worked across the country engaging and inspiring new talent and young people about careers in the industry. You’ll usually catch her playing a leadership role in identifying and nurturing new and emergent off-screen diverse creative talent.
Sharan Dhaliwal is the creator of print and online South Asian lifestyle magazine Burnt Roti. She is a skilled animator and filmmaker, who has worked in the creative industry for over 10 years.
Charlie Brinkhurst-Cuff is the opinions editor at gal-dem and a freelance journalist currently working for Dazed, VICE and the Guardian. She mainly writes about race, feminism and social politics.
